Attending a Professional Development Program is Easy
Review these easy steps to attend your Professional Development Experience with FieldTripZoom.
Step 1: Test Your Equipment
Click on the button below to make a test call from your computer or iPad. Click ‘Settings’ and test your speakers and microphone. It’s really easy! If you have any trouble or want us to join you in the room for a live test, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Step 2: Search the Catalog
Explore our in-depth catalog with dozens of engaging content to meet your professional needs. Search the topic that fits your needs and FieldTripZoom will select the programs that match your criteria.
Step 3: Funding Your Program
Your school district may have already funded the programs. In which case you can go right to Step 4. If none of those options work, we can invoice (pay by credit card, Paypal or P.O.) if you want to pay the program fee directly.
Step 4: Reserve a Program
Click the ‘Reserve’ button in the catalog to tell us when you would like to attend the program! We will confirm with you that your district has a prepaid account or how you plan to fund the program fee. However, there is no commitment with a schedule request. After we confirm payment method and only after your program has been confirmed with an agreed upon program date, will we invoice the appropriate party for the program.
Step 5: Attend the Program
It is highly recommended that you do a test call with the provider to do one final quality check and meet your museum educator live before the program. After that, on date and time scheduled, log back in, find your program and click Attend! All programs are generally 45-60 minutes unless otherwise noted in the description.
